For a healthy life, it is necessary to take essential vitamins & minerals every day. Other than food supplements, most of us are used to take vitamin supplements daily. Truly speaking, I have lots of vitamins & minerals  in separate bottles, vitamin E, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Iron, calcium, Vitamin A etc etc. I take these supplements daily or time to time, however most of the time I forget to take. I received a sample for Review purpose. However I used it for about 2 weeks before writing this review. During this period I didn’t feel any side effects & experienced a good active lifestyle. The taste of this is good & I didn’t feel any metallic taste as of liquid vitamin supplements.
