Deep Fried Small Fish

Small fish are always rich with calcium.So it is better deep fry it than cooking as a curry.Also it is tasty when deep fried.



Ingredients ( for about 4-5 fish)

4-5    small fish
Salt To Taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbs  curry powder
1 tbs chilly powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp pepper
oil for deep frying

Method

Clean & wash fish. Make some cutting in the fish so that it will absorb spices well & keep aside
Mix all above spice ingredients in a bowl. Add water & make a thick batter
Mix fish into it & marinate.
If you are in rush to make it,at least keep to marinate for about 20 minutes.
If not; mix the spice batter with fish, cover it & keep in the fridge for few hours.
Before frying, allow it to cool for room temperature.
 Heat oil in  a pan & deep fry fish turning both sides.
Remove it from pan when it is golden brown.
Serve hot
