Orange Banana Yogurt Smoothie



This drink is rich in nutrients & it is good for not only sunny days but for everyday!!!

Ingredients (For2 servings )
2  oranges
2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces(To freeze bananas,peel it and place in a sealed bag & refregirate for about 1 hr)
1  vanilla yogurt

Method


Cut oranges & take the juice.


Place juice and bananas in blender container.


Cover and blend until smooth.


Then add yogurt and blend until smooth.


Pour into glasses & serve...

Enjoy!!!





Lemon Juice



This lemon juice is easy to make.& it is good in sunny days.


Ingredients
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 spoons sugar
  • 2 glasses of water
  • Few drops of salt
Directions
Cut the lemon in to halves.
Simply squeeze the juice or use a manual juicer to take out the juice.
If you like to use sugar, first add sugar to water & stir well. Doing this will prevent destroying of Vitamin C from the juice.
Then add lemon juice to this water & add few drops of salt.
Taste for sugar & salt.
Keep in a refrigerator & serve cold.
