Watermelon…mmmm my favourite.This Watermelon & Orange Fruit Salad is very easy to prepare. It is so refreshing & good for summer.
Ingredients: (2 portions)
3 Oranges
1/8 of a medium sized watermelon or 200 g
A pinch of salt (Optional)
Method
Cut the watermelon into small bite size pieces. Remove seeds.
Peel the oranges.
Just cut 2 oranges into bite size pieces
Squeeze the juice of remaining orange & add pinch of salt to the juice & mix well.
Combine all watermelon & Orange pieces.
Pour the Orange Juice on it.
Keep in a refrigerator for about 30 mins
Serve & Enjoy!!

My godfather always used salt on watermelon! I guess he had the right idea after all! This salad looks sounds so light and refreshing. Can't wait to try the watermelon/orange flavor combination...
